Stanley Kubrick is considered as one of the greatest by many. And I could see why, his film is something else, especially this “the Shining”. When I did my study on this film, I had to do a lot more work mainly because of the long shots with a lot of exteriors included. Those shots were really great materials to study. It sucks to learn that Kubrick psychologically tortured Shelley Duvall during the filming of The Shining, and the filming went on like 14-15 month I believe? Not cool. Everything about this film is so iconic though, you can learn so much from it.
